Legends of Evergreen Hills – Surfacing, Look Development, Lighting & Compositing

I worked as a Surfacing Artist and later as a Lighting & Compositing Artist on Legends of Evergreen Hills, handling textures, look development, and final shot lighting.

For surfacing, I focused on creating detailed, semi-realistic textures that balanced stylization with realism, using Substance Painter and Photoshop. I also worked on look dev, refining shaders and materials to match the film’s art direction.

In lighting & compositing, I set up cinematic lighting in Arnold, ensuring shots had strong mood, depth, and storytelling clarity. Final compositing involved balancing colours, adding subtle effects, preparing Nuke comps and making sure everything looked polished before delivery.
